Good news! Pos Malaysia has recently announced on Facebook that it’s introducing e-consignment notes starting 31 March.

This makes it easier to send parcels or documents via Pos Laju as you won’t need to fill up manual consignment notes for each item anymore!

It is super easy! Here’s how it works.

Firstly, download the Pos Mobile app which is available on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

There’s no registration required and you can create an e-Consignment Note straight away. After entering the sender and receiver information and details, you can then enter the weight of the package to get the estimated cost for shipping.

To make things even more convenient, you can save your details so that you won’t have to re-enter them for future deliveries. The app will also allow you to save your favourite addresses which is useful if you’re going to make repeated deliveries to the same person.

When all those steps are done, you can then head to any post office or Pos Laju outlets to print out your e-Consignment note.

Previously, the e-Consignment feature was only available at selected Pos Malaysia branches. But, yes! Now it is available everywhere nationwide!

Just show the generated QR code that you will receive beforehand and simply scan the code at the kiosk or at their specially provided eConnote label printers.

Also, you can print up to 20 e-consignment notes one go. On the “My Parcel” page, just tap and hold on the list, check the items you want to print and then select “Scan & Print”.

With the e-Consignment note being available nationwide, you can now save loads of time and not to mention reducing potential spelling errors when it comes to manually handwritten addresses.

This same app will also allow you to track and trace your package and get notified when the items are delivered.
