Do NOT Go To The Vaccination Centre If You Have Any Of These 3 Conditions

For those who have registered for the AstraZeneca vaccine, please take note.

According to Malaysia’s Special Committee of Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Assurance (JKJAVMY), those who have the following statuses shown in their MySejahtera application should not go to the vaccination centre even if it is your appointment date:

1. Confirmed Covid-19 case

2. Suspected case

3. Person Under Surveillance (PUS)

To those who have registered for their vaccination but are currently under these conditions, you can call the hotline number to cancel your appointment and a new appointment date will be given to you soon. This also applies to those who are close contacts of Covid-19 positive patients.

On the other hand, the Special Committee of Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Assurance also reminded those who are going to their vaccination appointment to always comply with the SOPs. Do not show up too early at the centre, and do not attend without an appointment (No walk-ins allowed).

The reminder for people to be punctual but only arrive 15 to 30 minutes earlier is to ensure better crowd control. As of 15 May 2021, a total of 10,472 doses of the first AstraZeneca dose was successfully administered.
