A man who was allegedly drunk refused to wear a face mask as he entered a supermarket in Kota Sentosa, Sarawak, where he was then beaten up by the supermarket employees.
Based on a report by Harian Metro, the workers allegedly tried to make the man leave before the altercation happened.

“The police met with the manager of the supermarket and the results of the investigation found that the 31-year-old man was believed to be drunk while entering the supermarket without a face mask on,”
“Before the incident, the man involved was advised by the supermarket management to wear a face mask but he was stubborn and went on a rampage before the supermarket employees had to use force to make him leave,” he said.
He added that his officers have received information from the public in regards to the man, who did not experience any serious injuries.
Though, they have yet to receive any police reports in regards to the incident.
We all have to comply with the SOPs set by the authorities and to further protect ourselves and our loved ones. We should practice self-initiative when it comes to wearing face masks, physical distancing and staying at home, instead of waiting for the government to enforce them.
