We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, there is absolutely nothing wrong with ageing as it is a natural process! However, due to “the current beauty standards”, a few wrinkles and smile lines are seen in a negative light.
Vera Wang’s viral pictures
Recently, netizens raved about how New York-based designer Vera Wang still looks like she is 27 when she was celebrating her 72nd birthday. Dressed in a sleeveless yellow dress that shows off her porcelain skin, she was pictured drinking her signature Vera Wang premium Italian prosecco, PARTY and dancing with her friends. However, there seemed to be something fishy going on as another photo of her during the party was posted.
Expectations vs Reality?
Fellow designer Donna Karan of DKNY took a photo to commemorate the event but Vera looks quite different in this photo as compared to her own set of photos. In that picture, she sat alongside a renowned fashion designer by the name of Rebecca Moses. It might be due to the harsh lighting but the duo does not look like how they normally would in their Instagram pictures.

A netizen commented and said that Donna is a “real friend” as she uploads the “best photos”.
Vera Wang was tagged in that picture but it isn’t showing up on her ‘tagged’ section on her Instagram profile. Vera has mentioned nothing about it and is still posting about her busy life on Instagram.
