High Court Has Ordered For Sajat’s Properties To Be Confiscated & Auctioned Off

It looks like bad days are ahead for Nur Sajat despite finding peace by residing in Australia

Today (30 November), Shah Alam High Court has ordered for the properties owned by the cosmetics tycoon to be confiscated. This was done as demand for compensation of RM200,000 which Sajat failed to pay to her former stockist, OWA Resources Sdn Bhd.

According to Astro Awani, the order was also made following Sajat’s failure to provide any response on compensating the former stockist after her appeal in the court was unsuccessful back in April.

At the time of writing, a written command (writ) of confiscation has been issued and displayed at Sajat’s premises.

In the meantime, Kosmo reported that Sajat had violated the business contract with the company, hence the compensation.

Everything that was confiscated will be auctioned under the market price and should it be proven insufficient to compensate the company, more assets of hers are expected to be confiscated and sold, as told by the lawyers who represent the company.

Previously, Kosmo had also reported that the entrepreneur may be listed for bankruptcy following the filing made by the creditors to the court last October.

This is also impacted by her own actions of escaping to a few countries to flee from the authorities to seek asylum.

Recently, Sajat had explained her side of the story to BBC and it was revealed by the entrepreneur herself that she is set to appear in an episode of The Ellen Show next year.
