A video of a hidden camera in a hotel room in Korea is going viral after a TikToker posted it to her socials.
The TikTok user, @nik.alisa, who is a Malaysian stewardess, has been sharing and educating netizens online on her experience being a cabin crew.
The recent viral TikTok video she had posted showed how she recorded a video of herself checking into a hotel and finding a suspicious blinking red light in the air conditioner of her room.
Her video garnered over 2.1 million views, 161.4k likes, 5.6k shares, and 2.9k comments, all of which netizens shared their concerns, saying these kinds of hidden cameras are common in Korea.
She later updated her viewers and followers two days later that it was indeed a CCTV as she had called the hotel staff to check and a police report was already lodged.
She wrote:
“Update: The hotel team came to check and found a hidden CCTV inside. A police report has already been made.”
