Nobody likes being stuck in a traffic jam but it is STILL not an excuse to cut the queue.
Recently, a lorry driver took time to share one of the most common causes of traffic congestion, which is queue cutting.
In a 1-minute video shared by the Facebook page Viral Media, the lorry driver recorded a few cars that tried to cut the queue from the right lane so that they could take the exit on the left lane.
The cars that tried to merge into the lanes on the left ended up obstructing the traffic as they were stopping in between lanes. Visibly frustrated and annoyed, the lorry driver honked at those vehicles.
Hilariously enough, it was the lorry’s honk which actually caught the attention of the fellow Malaysians in the comment section.
It wasn’t a regular honk that you tend to hear daily on the road but it was actually a honk in the tune of a famous song.
“Sandstorm” on the road
Those who are familiar with the honk will immediately recognise the song that we once blasted on our radios in the last decade.
The honk is in tune with the song “Sandstorm” by Darude. When the musical honk started to play, the car that tried to cut the queue can be seen immediately driving away.
The driver pressed on the horn again and this time, the other vehicles that blocked the traffic immediately moved forward so that the lorry could do the same.

The video has since gone viral and some netizens actually expressed their satisfaction with the effectiveness of the musical honk that managed to “teach” the drivers a lesson.
One user commented, “You know the honk works when the king of the road has to make way for you.”
“I’m getting myself a honk like this despite only driving a Viva. I experience this every morning where the cars happily cut the queue,” commented a netizen.
“The honk can give you a heart attack. They deserve it.”
“Now they’re scared after hearing the honk,” said another user.
