73,710 of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine arrived in Johor today after making its way across the Causeway from Singapore.
According to the Minister of Health Datuk Seri Dr. Adham Baba, the move was to help facilitate the distribution of vaccines under the National Covid-19 Immunisation Program which is set to begin two days ahead of schedule.
Caught on video, the truck bringing the vaccine across the Causeway is surely a positive sight for those wanting for things to go back to as they were, as soon as possible.
In the video, a DHL Express container truck carrying the vaccines from Singapore made its way to the Sultan Iskandar Building at about 2pm.
“The vaccines are delivered straight to storage centres.”
There are a total of 54 vaccination centres and four vaccine storage centres identified in Johor.
As planned, the Covid-19 vaccination process in Johor will commence in stages starting next week.
