Hmmm… a bit sus especially since we’re so close to April Fools Day!
Malaysia’s popular sandwich hub, Subway Malaysia, announced on their Facebook today (31 March) that they will be launching a 7 Super Fresh Daily Face Wash. Yeap, one face wash for each day of the week!
Each face wash is made of extracts from the freshest sandwich ingredients so if you’re interested, you can pick and choose a daily favourite to refresh your skin. The face wash flavours include:
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Sweet corn
- Onion
- Cheese
- Cucumber
- Green pepper
Facebook users while with their own suspicions couldn’t help but get excited and one user even asked them to sell the face wash with the combo of their cookie flavoured face mask!
“Buy all the flavours and put it on your sandwich!’
“I’m going to get the onion face wash so that my tears can wash the foams away. Save water and be cost efficient y’all!”
Overall, the commenters could see behind the alleged prank Subway Malaysia had set up. Well, guess we would just have to wait and watch to see if Subway will actually be releasing their own face washes!
