During the announcement of the economic recovery plan (PEMULIH) today (28 June), Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said that the government will consider allowing companies to operate at full capacity, provided that all employees have been fully vaccinated with two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
To ensure that those in vulnerable groups are not exempted from getting vaccinated, he added that community-level programmes will be expedited.
This includes registration for vaccine appointments as well as subsidies of up to RM30 for taxi and e-hailing fares for the disabled and elderly when travelling to vaccine centres for their appointments.
