“We know that you will love her” M’sian Receives Heartwarming Note After Adopting Catto

This post first appeared on WORLD OF BUZZ.

The love kids have for their pet is pure, unadulterated love and is something we, adults can learn from.

Getting a pet is a huge step in one’s life as it means an extra living creature you need to care for. No matter how independent some animals might seem, they still need care and attention every hour of the day.

Twitter user Ariff Ikhram (@ariffikhram) shared the heartwarming story of how his kitten, Yoda, came into his life. Since MCO did not look like it would be finishing anytime soon, his wife and he decided to adopt a cat. They decided to search for cats on Facebook and found a posting from a mother who was letting go of one of her kittens.

When Yoda came to their house, she didn’t come by herself, she came with an adorable note from the children of the previous owner. In the note, the children told that they would have loved to keep Yoda to themselves but their mother said ten cats are too many for them.

“Please take good care of Yoda”

“Dear Uncle Ariff, please take good care of Yoda. We would like to keep her but Mama said that ten cats are too many. Mama said that we are making people happy by having pets so we hope Yoda makes you happy.

We know that you will love her with all your heart.”

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Ariff reassured that Yoda is readjusting to her new home quite well after being scared for a few days. In fact, Yoda has apparently become so clingy that she refuses to leave their laps! Ariff also added that he’s grateful for such a cute kitten from a good family. He thanked them for sharing their happiness with both him and his family.

It’s moments like this that gets one through multiple lockdowns. Share with us how your pet got you through these trying times!
