Tired of being surrounded by the colour pink, a man decided to demolish his pink-coloured kitchen and go against his wife’s obsession with the colour pink.
According to Suara, a video of the man smashing the pink kitchen tiles was uploaded on TikTok (@olinn21) by his wife. In the video it says, “He doesn’t like that I like pink.”
Based on the many TikTok videos uploaded by the woman, it is clearly understood that almost everything that the woman owned, including home appliances as well as a car, was in the colour pink.
The video of her husband dismantling the pink kitchen tiles had amassed plenty of attention and has garnered over 772,000 views, 22,200 likes and 990 comments.
In the comment section, many argued saying that the kitchen is the “wife’s territory” and it is up to her to choose the colour that she loves while some said they could relate to the husband’s frustration towards the feminine colour.
One user said, “On the way to change husband.”
Another said, “Why must he destroy it. He could’ve just used a wallpaper. The kitchen is the wife’s domain and if it is nice, then the wife will surely be happy. It will also encourage her to cook more.”
