Just last week, Sajat’s father was reported to be critically ill and the news was shared by Sajat’s sister, Mustika via her Instagram story.
Since then, many have been wondering if Sajat will ever return to Malaysia to visit her father. On Monday (18 April), Sajat finally answered the question and revealed that she WILL NOT be returning to Malaysia despite the condition of her father.
“Even if I’m back, I can’t see my father. I’ll definitely be inside (the prison).”
However, that does not mean she is completely disregarding her father. During her Instagram live, the controversial entrepreneur said that she is still keeping tabs on her father’s condition, as well as her family from Australia.
“The money that I’m earning here, I send them to my family and at least my father can get the best treatment with the money,” she explained.
Welcoming Sajat home with police cars
Sajat revealed that another reason she is not coming home is due to the possibility of being ambushed by authorities once she lands in the country.
“A few steps into the airport, I might see 5 police cars waiting for me. How am I even going to see my father?”

She also reminded the people to stop asking her to return to Malaysia as she hopes the people will just leave her be and let her find peace in the country that granted her asylum.
As of today, it has been 5 months since Sajat fled the country and found asylum in Australia which she now calls home. We wish Sajat’s father a speedy recovery!
