In the 31-second video, the driver can be seen driving at a moderate speed down a rather dimly lit road, with stalls on both sides of the road.
Unknowingly, a child, dressed in red, crossed the road without parental supervision, almost colliding with the driver’s car.
It is a good thing that the driver stopped his vehicle in time.
Shockingly, the parents of the child gave disapproving looks at the driver as if to blame the driver for not being mindful of traffic.

Netizens commenting on the video, gave a piece of their mind on the issue, slamming the parents for their negligence.
Look, it is not rocket science. If you have children, and you are about to cross the road, just educate them on road safety, ok?
