We’ve seen a lot of incidents involving tenants from hell who left properties in devastating manners. Some are filthy to the extent that there were dead animals in the house!
Brace yourself for more endless stories about tenants from hell! This time, a Malaysian named Kamarina shared an incident on her TikTok account and revealed the unimaginable condition of her house which she had rented to a tenant.
“This is what we call a tenant from hell and also a stupid one”, Kamarina said in her video.
In the 57-second video, every area in her house is left in a filthy condition. That includes the living hall, the kitchen, the bathroom as well as the bedroom. How the previous tenant found the place habitable is definitely beyond our understanding!
Countless amount of plastic bags are found on the floor and the trash bins were also not properly cleared. Also, a Styrofoam box was simply left on the sink and the kitchen utensils were left unwashed. You can watch the clip below to find out how nightmarish the condition was.

The video was uploaded on 8 April and after almost a month, it is still circulating on social media.
WORLD OF BUZZ reached out to Kamarina & asked her further about the incident. It was revealed that Kamarina had indeed known about the filthy habits of the tenant for some time. She told WORLD OF BUZZ that she entered the house when the tenant was away. Upon finding the state of her house, Kamarina decided to end the tenancy and contacted the tenant to clear her items before getting out of the house.
Kamarina also revealed that she did not come up with any signed agreements as she chose to trust her tenant. However, after this incident, she stated that agreement is a must prior to renting out her house.
We wouldn’t want our house to be such a mess, so it’s only fair for us to take care of the house of others as we do ours. Fellow landlords, have you ever encountered your own tenant from hell?
