Recently, the government through the Program Strategik Memperkasa Rakyat & Ekonomi (PEMERKASA) implemented PRIHATIN Kasih as an initiative to help households that need food aid. Under the PRIHATIN Kasih initiative, eligible recipients will receive RM100 assistance for three months, credited directly into their MyKad.
With this initiative, recipients can use the cash to buy basic household necessities at grocery stores located around their housing area. Interestingly, they can use the credited amount at about 300 selected retail chains nationwide including 99 Speedmart, Mydin and many more.
If you need some aid and feel that you might be eligible for the initiative, here’s how to go about the whole thing.
1) Go to the MyKasih website at https://www.mykasih.com.my to read more on the initiative and apply for it.
2) Check the status of the PRIHATIN Kasih assistance in the CHECK STATUS section as shown on the screen.
3) Enter your IC number and the captcha code to check the status of your application.
